Accepted Payment Methods
PaperSource accepts:
- Visa (credit and debit cards)
- MasterCard (credit and debit cards)
- PayPal
We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, gift cards (except those issued by PayPal or major card brands directly), wire transfers, or any other method not listed above.
Payment Authorization
When you place an order, we authorize your payment method for the full amount (including any applicable taxes). Your card or PayPal account is charged only after your order is confirmed and processed.
PayPal Checkout
You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your payment. After a successful transaction, you will be returned to our website for order confirmation.
Billing Accuracy
You must provide accurate billing information. Incorrect details may delay or cancel your order. We may verify your billing address with your card issuer.
Pricing & Taxes
All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). Sales taxes are not included in the displayed price – they will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and added to your total.
Refund Timing
Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect your return. After processing:
- Credit/Debit cards: 7–10 business days to appear in your account
- PayPal: 3–5 business days (sometimes faster)
Payment Security
All payment transactions use SSL encryption. Your full card number is never stored on our servers. It is transmitted directly to our PCI‑compliant payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, or similar). For PayPal payments, we never see your login credentials.
Price Errors
In the rare event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe an unauthorized or incorrect charge has been made, contact us immediately. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may lead to account suspension and order cancellation.
